May Monthly Meet-Up | What's Next for Boston's Coastlines?
π
When: Friday, May 29, 2026
β° Time: 6:00β8:00 PM
π Location: 15 Necco Street
As Boston plans for rising sea levels and a more resilient waterfront, the voices of our communities must be part of the conversation. Join BHWOCC for an interactive evening with the City of Boston Climate Resilience Team to learn about the future of Boston's coastline and help shape the decisions that will impact our neighborhoods for generations to come.
Together, we'll explore the Boston Coastal Storm Risk Management (CSRM) Studyβa collaborative effort between the City of Boston and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to protect Boston's waterfront communities from coastal flooding and the impacts of climate change.
More than a presentation, this meetup is an opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and contribute your perspective through a hands-on Craft Your Own Public Comment activity designed to help inform future public-facing climate resilience tools launching in Summer 2026.
